Finding Your Perfect Home on the Digital Space

It is very difficult when it comes to finding the right broker to buy that perfect home you’ve always dreamed of having. Trusting them with your hard earned money is the most difficult part. But you don’t need to worry anymore. Thanks to the age of technology, finding a property on the digital space has become very easy for both the customer as well as the real estate market.

The best part about technology is that even builders use the online space to put up their inventories. They tie up with popular real estate portals and add the option of booking online. Jaycee Homes is one such realtor that gives you the option to exclusively surf through the site and buy your property online.

Research of the property is the initial phase that is usually done online. Once the customer has selected the property that he/she likes, the actual transaction is done only after the property has been looked at physically.

Purchasing a property online can be tricky but if you follow these simple steps I guarantee you that you will end up with the dream home you’ve always been looking for.

Cross-check the listing offline:

The main challenge of checking real estate online is that at times they offer fake and expired listings. Check the listing you see online multiple times with the builder who is offline and most importantly choose a site that gives verified listings.

Validity of deals:

There are numerous current projects in Mumbai that are unsold and developers try to boost the sales with different schemes and offers to attract customers. Even though the deal is profitable, ensure that there aren’t any loopholes because most developers try to trap you. The best option is to call up the builder’s office and verify the details of the property. So if, you are planning to buy a flat in Goregaon East or Andheri or Juhu, do your research properly and then take your final decision.

Intense Research:

Buying a property is the most crucial purchase of your life; it can be for a personal use or even as an investment. Either way, a lot of research and comparative study needs to be done as there is a huge amount involved in this transaction of your life. Reading up on the various real estate developments in the industry and suggestions by real estate consultants can take you a long way. There are various real estate forums where you can connect with consultants and clarify your queries. This could be very time consuming but worth the effort.

Read through the fine print:

Make sure you know everything before making that transaction. Right from the booking amount, stamp duty and other taxes, time of possession, facilities provided to cancellation fees if any, online purchase of houses needs to be analyzed very minutely.

A Luxury Home in Mumbai in its True Sense

What exactly is a luxury home? In Mumbai there are several existing and upcoming projects that claim to provide a luxury home. Various property developers show luxury homes based on the amenities and ambiance to buyers. However, the geography and pin code of a place also plays a major role in defining a luxury home in Mumbai.

The locality surely enhances the entire experience. Developers take special efforts to create luxury apartments in prime locations of Mumbai like Juhu, Andheri, Goregaon and Santacruz in the western suburbs and Powai, Ghatkopar and Thane in the central parts of Mumbai. These areas are posh and well connected to the city. They are also filled with a plethora of lifestyle choices.

There are many modes of transportation that keep the commute swift and easy. For instance, the Mumbai local that runs across the city and Mumbai Metro that connects Andheri West to Ghatkopar makes commute quicker. The local transportation system is something that the city is found of. A luxury home close to these locales can be truly luxurious. The western suburbs also have the Western Express Highway and Link Road that connects the entire stretch, while the central regions of the city are blessed with the Eastern Freeway.

Luxury homes by Jaycee Homes are located in secure and popular areas of the city that totally suit your lifestyle demands. The flats come complete with spacious layouts, top-notch safety systems, ample parking space and mind blowing amenities. All of this in a prime location just of the city just makes life so much easier and luxurious. Why settle for less when you can have the best luxury homes in the city. Flats in Andheri, Juhu, Santacruz, Ghatkopar, Goregaon and Powai are crowd pleasers. The residential complexes in these areas are also closer to good schools, hospitals, movie theatres and shopping malls. If you plan on buying a property in one these areas then you are sure to provide a better lifestyle to your family.

A lot also depends on the occupant profile of the apartments. For example, some developers have a well-tailored occupancy profile, which helps them give apartments to people who fit the criteria completely to own one of the flats in that particular society.

Another factor that makes flats in Mumbai a luxury property is whether the right size meets the right price. Any home buyer would love to splurge in a well-designed and totally facilitated flat. However, true luxury can be enjoyed only  when the sprawling area, contemporary modular kitchen settings and French windows fall in the right price bracket. Value for money is an essential factor while investing in a luxury home for any home buyer.

All of these aspects make a luxury home luxurious in the true sense.

Why invest In Mumbai?

Real estate in Mumbai is always a hot topic! Whether it is to discuss the incredible soaring prices of property, to lament the high rent and deposit amounts, or discover the newest investment opportunities, this mega metropolis is always under the radar of the real estate sector.

Despite the high realty prices that the city is famed for, there are ample opportunities for investment in the coming years. Not surprisingly, the list of favourable areas for investment in the city mostly features suburban localities. However, owing to city-wide redevelopment schemes, there are now more opportunities to invest in the traditionally expensive parts of the city as well.

Here are reasons why you should consider buying or investing in properties in Mumbai:

1) High ROI in the near future

Mumbai features at the top in the list of favourable investment destinations in the country, because of the scope for high ROI many of its localities offer. Areas like Goregaon (East), Chembur East, Vile Parle (East) & Bandra (East) have seen around 20% ROI in the last financial year. Thane and Navi Mumbai are also popular with investors looking for affordable investment options, with the promise of high returns.

2) City-wide Infrastructure Initiatives

Wadala is a prime example of a locality in which growth of real estate is being driven primarily by multiple infrastructure projects, mainly the Chembur-Wadala monorail, and the Eastern Freeway. Due to its proximity to the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), and fast and easy connectivity to other commercial areas in the city, the prices of property in Wadala have almost doubled in the last 3 years.
Some of the other affordable areas poised to become profitable due to much-needed infrastructure initiatives are Chembur, Mulund, and Ghodbunder Road in Thane.

3) Redevelopment schemes leading to affordable housing

With an increase in demand in residential property, but low land supply, developers are increasingly undertaking redevelopment projects. This is most evident in Bandra East. While property in Bandra West has always been in great demand because of the elite lifestyle, great connectivity and social infrastructure it offers, it now suffers from traffic congestion, and low supply of land. The large population that works in the BKC demands residences that are not more than a half an hour’s travel away; and Bandra East is where it’s flocking to now.

Thus you see, flats in Goregaon East, Andheri, Juhu and Wadala are the safest bets for you to purchase a house if you are planning to struggle to be a part of the glamorous industry.

Buying a residential property in Mumbai is absolutely worth it, irrespective of which area you choose. Just ensure it provides all the amenities that one needs to live a relaxed life.

Tips To Buy Resale Property Effectively

When a person wishes to buy a residential property it is always because of a variety of reasons and primary amongst them is the need to own one’s home. There are two kinds of properties that are available, one is the new construction and the second is the resale properties.

Buying a property is a tedious process. With all the paperwork involved there’s quite a lot of stuff to work out. But in case you are looking for quicker accommodation, you can check out a resale property. Because unlike a new property, the paper work can be completed quickly as it only involves the transfer of ownership.

It is understandable that buying a resale property may be a good option but that doesn’t mean it is a smooth ride all the way. Here we give a list of reasons what you should and shouldn’t do when you shortlist a resale property.

Tip 1: Market Expertise Are Key

To find the perfect resale property you need some sort of assistance. This is where industry experts and real estate agents come into the picture. Such experts have plenty of experience in the field. They will utilize their resources to get you the best deal and property. The key here is to not get carried away by one’s own research and overconfidence. An expert will only show you the properties which are without any legal hassles or construction issues. If you are buying a flat for the first time, it is all the more important that you take advice from these experts.

Tip 2: Scrutinize Documents

So, the first step is over. You have made the choice of property with the help of real estate agents, now it’s time to go through all the legal documents. This is an important step as you don’t want to get into trouble later. The first and foremost thing to do is to see whether all the purchase and transfer papers are in order. The paperwork related to registration and tax documents need to be precise.

Tip 3: Evaluate The Property

Whenever we are buying a property, some amount of research is necessary. There is a tendency for property owners to quote exorbitant amounts for their flats. With the advent of internet, it has become easier for people to check out property rates in any area. For example, if a person wants to buy a property in Andheri, he can easily surf the net and check out the rates existing in the suburb. Also, you can take a second opinion from other agents while buying luxury properties inMumbai.

Once you have all the answers in place and all the formalities are followed, you can ready yourself to enter the new home.

Buying Property? Things To Look In A Reputed Developer

India’s economy is a fast growing one and is touted to grow at a quick pace in the years to come. Mumbai, being the commercial capital of the country, enjoys a lot of the benefits. Due to the growth, people have become more and more confident of investing in real estate. Although the situation looks quite bright, home buying is still a big deal. So, it is essential that nothing be left to chance.

The first and foremost thing that any new buyer can do is buy a house in a project which is being developed by a reputed developer. This ensures that your hard earned money stays intact and there is no chance of fraud. Also, you can be rest assured of the product quality. So what are the factors that constitute for a reputed developer? Here’s a list that tells you.

With reputed developers there is little chance of the paperwork being off the mark. They have a big name in the industry and often comply with all the rules and regulations. All kinds of permissions are sought before undertaking the project. Novice builders often don’t abide the law and legally sanctify the project.

Developers of repute start with selling their property way before the project has been completed. Buying a property in an under construction project allows you to get a time-frame of the completion of the property. The reputed developers are known for keeping their promises. They tend to deliver on time. Adequate funding on their part enables to complete their projects on time. Struggling builders on the other hand are budget strung and fall short on delivering their promises.

Structural superiority is a trademark of reputed developers. All their projects are made by qualified engineers; hence there is no chance of an untoward incident. Even the most minute aspects are looked into in great detail. Current projects in Mumbai by Jaycee Homes are a classic example of that. Contrary to this, struggling builders often come up with inferior quality work.

World class amenities is a given when well-known builders are in the picture. With the increase in income of people, their ambitions when it comes to a perfect home have gone up. This is where recognised builders have the edge over struggling ones. They strive to provide facilities like swimming pool, internal roads, club houses, kids area, open spaces for elders, and top notch electronic security systems. Some of the flats in Ghatkopar, Juhu, Powai by known developers have all these facilities and more.

Top developers strive to provide the best lifestyle to their clients; in contrast to this non-reputed developers are busy providing only bare minimums to their clients.

It is always a smart option to buy flats in projects that are being built by experienced players in the industry to avoid all the hassles that come later.

The Locations That Matter For The Home Buyers In Mumbai

Mumbai is the most populous city and the engine that drives the economics of the country. Since it has so many things to offer, there is always an influx of people who come to the city. With a population of over 20 million people, the city is goldmine of opportunities. Naturally, there is a need for more and more real estate. We’ll tell you which locations are in hot demand when it comes to the buyers of real estate in and around Mumbai.

Thane: Thane is one of the major cities that surround Mumbai. It is known as the city of lakes and is seeing a surge in real estate buyers. Due to its proximity to Mumbai, travelling is comfortable due to the network of rail and road. The city has something to offer for everyone, it was generally considered a place of affordable housing but has now expanded in the luxury segment as well. Thane is surrounded by three main highways, namely, NH-4, NH-3 and Eastern Express Highway. The Ghodbunder Road is central to its success story. Since it is easily connected to business centers like Powai and Bandra-Kurla complex it has become an attractive investment destination.

Kharghar: When it comes to a town which has risen steadily in the eyes of the people, Kharghar has to be at the top. The fact that it is very near to the Navi Mumbai International Airport gives it an added advantage when it comes to attracting investors. Other infrastructure improvements like skywalks and proposed golf course have added sheen to the town.

Mira Road: It is the fastest growing suburb in the western region. In a way, it is centrally located and travelling to Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai is well within reach. People who prefer affordable housing are making a beeline for this place.

Navi Mumbai: Navi Mumbai is one of those locations which are in hot demand right now. Since the western suburbs are getting a bit congested, people are looking at Navi Mumbai as an alternative. Areas like Belapur and Nerul are in hot demand at the moment.

Chembur East: The Harbour line has always got a bad rep due to the inefficiency of rail network, but with improvements in recent years many have benefitted. Chembur is one such suburb. With the opening of the Eastern Express Highway, the travel time to South Mumbai has reduced drastically. The elevated road (Santacruz Chembur Link Road) is set to reduce traffic between Chembur and Santacruz considerably. The biggest reason for this residential demand is the connectivity.

Goregaon: Like many other suburbs, this too was a haven for middle income families. But, with developments and improvements on the connectivity front and major realtors like the Jaycee Homes having their projects in the area, flats in Goregaon East have seen a tremendous rise in interested buyers.

Andheri: Andheri has with each passing year made big gains when it came to popularity in terms of residential choices. Andheri already boasts of SEEPZ and MIDC which are major commercial centres. Also Andheri is close to Powai which is fast becoming a startup hub. When it comes to lifestyle, Andheri offers as good an option as any suburb. And, this is exactly why it is considered the best option when it comes to buying flats in Mumbai.

Checklist for renting a flat in Mumbai, the hub of Bollywood

The city of Mumbai is the most populous metropolitan area in India. Do you want to know why this city is so populated? Firstly, it is the Bollywood hub of the country. All the major film stars reside in the city of Mumbai. So, there are many people who come from other parts of the country to make a living by being a part of the glorious Hindi film industry. There are also many foreigners who come to Mumbai in order to bag a job of back-up dancers in Bollywood films. In such a case, it is essential to find a place that is not only close to the famous production houses, but is also comfortable for their daily wants and needs. For this reason, I have chalked out a checklist that every visitor who comes to Mumbai must look up and ensure that these facilities are available.

Location:

Check the distance between the famous production houses and the house you have chosen. The reason is you might not be too keen on travelling for long hours every day. This is why there should be a fine balance between budget and location.

State of the house:

Before you purchase a flat, always ensure that you do a thorough check for any leakage, electrical problem, cracked window or plumbing issue. Irrespective of who hands over the house to you, ensure that it is in a proper condition. You obviously wouldn’t want a house that is full of problems, would you? So ensure you check it well before buying it.

Amenities:

Check and see if all the daily essentials that you need are near your house. Amenities like grocery stores, pharmacy, doctor, banks and so on, should be a stone’s throw away from your flat. Although everything is available on the internet, it’s obvious that it won’t be delivered to you within 5 minutes. If you have moved to Mumbai with kids, you would need parks, recreational centres, schools and open areas at comfortable spaces.

Other amenities:

Just because you are living on a tight budget, you should not stop enjoying. Look out for malls, entertainment hubs, bookstores, coffee shops, etc.

Electricity & Water:

There are many areas in Mumbai that face electricity and water issues, but luckily, luxury flats do not feel the pinch of electricity and water issues.

Thus you see, properties in Juhu, Andheri and Goregoan are the safest bets for you to purchase a house if you are planning to struggle to be a part of the glamorous industry.

Buying a residential property in Mumbai is absolutely worth it, irrespective of which area you choose. Just ensure it provides all the amenities that one needs to live a relaxed life.

Why Real Estate Developers Should Target Senior Citizens’ Market

Real estate is a precious commodity in a city like Mumbai. Given the lucrative nature of land in Mumbai, builders often have to face tough competition amongst themselves to get people to buy a flat in their project. Plenty of ideas are thought of and executed in order to get new investment. But while most of the focus falls on the younger and middle-aged population which earns, there is a section that they often tend to overlook; an untapped segment which, if focused on, could open up new avenues of investment. Well, I’m talking about the senior citizens. Thankfully, the real estate sector has realized this fact and is coming forward with schemes that best suit this category.

You may ask why they should be singled out. The simple answer to it is if this consumer segment is tapped into correctly, it could turn into the differentiating factor in major residential projects. Many real estate gurus are also of the opinion that it could emerge as a new real estate market altogether. Several non-profit organizations are also collaborating with reputed builders to focus on the design of homes of senior citizens. The numbers also back up the need for housing for senior citizens. As compared to 2012, India has seen a tremendous rise in the number of senior citizens. There were more than 100 million senior citizens that year, and the population is going to increase further in the years to come. Many experts are also of the opinion that there’s a huge gap in demand and supply in this segment.

The reason these homes could be lucrative is because more and more senior citizens are willing to invest their hard-earned income in property. As property is a sure-shot way of securing one’s future. It could also mean a steady source of income, in case they plan to rent it out. And what better way to do that than by investing in a residential property in Mumbai.

Another reason why people over the age of 58 are looking forward to properties is because they are willing to stay independently. A senior home provides all the amenities and peace that people of their age require. The design is such that they tend to have bigger doors and wider bathrooms. The switch points are at a lower height and other details are taken into consideration. Other than that, the senior homes also have other fabulous amenities like 24/7 security with CCTV cameras, parks, etc.

It is safe to say that people in the real estate industry will sooner or later realize the benefit of targeting this segment. With most of the people in the 40s thinking long term, the scene looks brighter going forward.

The suburb of Powai is very well located in the city of Mumbai. Its easy connectivity to other parts of Mumbai makes it very easy for people like you and me to travel on a daily basis. If you are a person who has to make trips abroad on a regular basis, there is no need to worry. The International Airport is notvery far away from your locality and the added advantage is you will also beat the traffic even if you have to leave during peak hours.

As one can see, more than comfort and the availability of modern amenities, people prefer properties which are convenient from a travelling perspective, like being in close proximity to the airport or near the expressway in case you and your family feel like going on a trip. One such property in Powai that gives you this facility is Serenity by Jaycee Homes. Appearing For College Placements? Keep These in Mind

Life is not always fair, true. But when it does give you a chance, do you take it seriously or take it for granted? As students, all of us tend to disregard easily-achieved opportunities and end up ruining our chances. Losing out on a college application, blowing up a scholarship, messing up the dates of a sport tournament might not be so bad. Messing up college placements, however, is the last thing you want to do.

Whether you are an undergraduate attending college or a professional pursuing further studies, giving due importance to college placements might be your key to a desirable job. After all, having to hunt a job after graduation, all on your own, can be quite an ordeal you may want to avoid.

College placements are lifeguards; it is undeniable. Applying for relevant positions in companies can be most painstaking if you have to start from scratch. This battle is however easily half-won when you apply in companies through college placements. All you have to do is avoid mess-making patterns and remember certain good-to-go rules

Getting Basics Right: Your physical appearance, attire, and body language speak a lot about you than you do for yourself. You may not want to kill your chances by portraying a picture recruiters least expect, let alone consider. Personal hygiene and appearance are basics that you may want to work on right from day 1.

The Right Attitude: Do not appear boastful of your achievements, skills or your degree. So, by ‘right attitude’, we want to drive your attention away from the stereotypical positive or negative attitude to a learning attitude. You may find it interesting to know that ‘the right attitude’ stands top on the list and recruiters look for someone who is not just displaying his/her well-learnt well-equipped skills.

Know-it All: With this, we do not mean you need to know every single detail that your brain can possibly grasp. But yes, knowing everything about the selection processes involved, the background of the company, and particulars of the job/position is imperative and cannot go missed by you.

Students appearing for college placements are anxious to crack it so that they have a job before they are out of college. These little rules can help them immensely.

It is observed that students who appear for placements post-graduation always are on the lookout for companies that are based close to areas that are well connected by train and road and one such location is Andheri, which is why properties in Andheri are top in the demand list of students. Andheri is well connected to the Western and Harbour railway routes where most of the top notch companies are located, making travelling hassle free.

For the wealthy crowd of students for whom buying luxury properties in Mumbai is no big deal, booking their own flats in Andheri is a good bet. They live the life of their dreams as soon as they bag a job.

How to Find a House of Your Choice

Nowadays it has become so easy for people to buy properties of their choice just with the click of a button. The latest trend of buying property on the digital space has helped both customers as well as the real estate developers. Many real estate portals that have grown in the past few years have spoken about how the demand to buy property on the digital space has grown in the past few years. In this technological era, we see many more portals coming and as result the demand for property has sky rocketed.

Although it may be easy to buy a home online, there are still a few glitches that one needs to take care of when they zero in on the house of their dreams. Keeping in mind that there are few ways on how to find your perfect home online.

Research well:

Before you decide to buy a property, one very important task to do is to research well on all the Properties in Mumbai at your disposal. If need be, a comparative study of these properties should also be done so that you choose the property of your dreams. It is always good to read up on real estate articles in the newspaper or on various websites and know what’s happening in the world of real estate as it can really help you in the long run.

The portal/builder should be well-established:

Always ensure that every real estate portal you check or every builder you meet is well established or reputed in the industry. It’s a good habit to do a background check of the realtor or visit site before you choose to go them. Ensure that the builder is not involved in any criminal cases; else, the chances of you getting your dream property in Mumbai will be torn to pieces.

Virtual tour:

Technology today has improved by leaps and bounds wherein a number of real estate portals give you a virtual tour of the property you are looking for. Real estate company, Jaycee Homes provides an in-depth virtual tour of all their flats in Goregaon East as well as in other parts of Mumbai.

Read through the fine print:

Ensure you are up to date about details like when your transaction needs to be made, when you are going to possess the house, if any taxes needs to be paid and the facilities provided. Every minute detail must be analyzed when it comes to buying a house online.

Know the History of a Suburb called Ghatkopar!

Ghatkopar is a developing suburb in one of the most densely populated cities in India. This suburb, located in Mumbai, is showing steady growth with no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

In 1920s, Ghatkopar was a small village that slowly came under the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Hence, one could say that it was not really a part of Mumbai. Back then, Mumbai's boundaries extended from Sion all the way up to Ghatkopar. Like most other small community villages, Ghatkopar had very limited connectivity to the rest of Mumbai. There was just one main road running through the suburb that connected it to Mumbai at the south end and to Thane at the north end. It used to be surrounded by creeks and hills. Ghatkopar derived its distinguished name from the fact that there were many ghats (small hills) surrounding it. Most people giving directions to this suburb would often say “Ghat ke oopar” (above the hills), and hence the name, Ghatkopar.

Most of the inhabitants of Ghatkopar belonged to two main sects. There were the locals, who came from Mumbai and were known as The East Indians. And then there are the richer immigrants like the Parsees, Bhatias, and Gujratis who bought many large plots of land here. In the beginning, population here was sparse and the town was a close-knit community. Many of the streets derived their names from the renowned residents of Ghatkopar. ‘Cama Lane’ was named after Lady Cama, ‘Khot Lane’ was named after people who performed farming activities in Ghatkopar and similarly, ‘Navrojee Lane’ got its name from Navrojee Sheth – a well to do Parsee.

In the early days, many of the streets in Ghatkopar did not have street lights. Instead, most streets were illuminated by petromax lamps. These lamps had to be lit by a man who religiously made rounds every evening. Would you believe that the roads in Ghatkopar were made of metal? What’s more interesting is that they were slightly elevated in the middle, so that rain water could drain more easily than on a flat surface. To maintain these roads and ensure they were kept clean, the municipality would wash them twice a day.

It was by 1916 that Ghatkopar had developed to quite a significant extent, so much so that a municipal council was founded. This administration had taken up the responsibility of being a ‘Collector’ with the "Suburban District". It was only until 1945 that Ghatkopar was finally assimilated as a part of Greater Mumbai.

Coming back to present times, we see a big difference in what the suburb was and what it has  become today. The addition of the Reliance Ghatkopar-Andheri-Versova Metro has significantly reduced the time it takes to commute between Ghatkopar and the other western suburbs. That is one reason why over the past few years the sales of flats inGhatkopar have been on a steady incline.

This increase in sales of flats in Ghatkopar has also attributed to the increase in cost of flats in Mumbai.

Make Andheri Your Home to be

The southern part of Mumbai has always been in hot demand in terms of real estate. Off late though, suburbs have gathered prominence in the real estate sector owing to some fine projects and better connectivity. Given the increasing number of people in the high income bracket, moving into a bigger home or buying one for investment purposes is perfectly understandable.
While all these factors are great, what exactly has resulted in this sudden interest in suburban properties? The first and the foremost factor is the limited number of new projects available in the town side of the city. The projects that are currently available are more or less re-development projects focused at accommodating existing residents. Fresh projects are hard to find.
The second factor is the huge cost of buying property. It is a well documented fact that South Mumbai boasts of some of the highest property rates in the country. And for someone aiming to buy his/her first home, the cost could be little out of his/her budget.
The third and perhaps the most important factor is travel. A majority of offices in the city are based in the suburb of Andheri or nearby places. Travel by train or bus can be hectic and can leave you exhausted at the end of the day.
When one sits down to select a property that best suits ones needs it is necessary to take into consideration all the above factors. But, what are the options that satisfy all the criteria and yet give a taste of the opulent lifestyle? The answer to this question is Andheri. Geographically well placed, the suburb is the newest hub of Mumbai’s real estate sector. There is a lot of unexplored land yet in the suburbs and this helps as the bookings can be done early to reduce the cost burden.
Travel to work in today’s time usually takes a lot out of the person. Andheri, in that regards is blessed with great connectivity to all parts of the city. The local train helps to cover the length and breadth of the city. Similar case is with the buses, due to a wide network of roads. The start of the Metro has added a new dimension to the lifestyle of the people having a property in Andheri. The proximity to the airport gives it an upper hand over other suburbs. The scenic Juhu beach is also an added attraction, something you can boast about when having a flat in Andheri.
All these factors have not gone unnoticed among the realtors and a slew of upcoming projects in Mumbai, particularly Andheri, have been started to tap into this growing market of high earners. It is safe to say that Andheri has become the nerve center of Mumbai’s aspiring crowd and the hottest property destination for you to lay eyes on.
