Andheri – A modern Metropolis

Andheri is one of the largest and most densely populated suburbs in Mumbai. This bustling suburb located on the west coast of Mumbai, started developing way back in 1915. Andheri is divided into the East and West with the Western railway line being the partition of sorts. The road infrastructure in Andheri is quite extensive, with wide roads connecting it to every part of the city. Most of the roads are lively, filled with street vendors at every nook and corner of this lovely suburb. Life in this grand suburb is fast paced, much like the rest of Mumbai. The large number of malls and shopping centres in Andheri along with the hundreds of street merchants make it the ideal choice of many young Indians who want to experience a happening city life.

The Ghatkopar – Andheri – Versova Metro project has improved connectivity as well as demand for flats in Andheri in both the West and the East. The Metro system has proven to be a boon for commuters, as it reduces travelling time from one and a half hours to approximately 20 minutes.
